"Not what we have but what we enjoy, constitutes our abundance."

- Epicurus -

Hello Blog, long time no see. I'll fill you in soon enough on the growing pains of the divinely orchestrated odyssey that is my life - an epic adventure guided by faith. But first, it's Christmas once again and I have decided to put aside all the pink faerie sweat, blood, and tears so that I can be here to share my thoughts, passions, heart, and glitters with you, the world.

I have been overextended, hence why I have completely deserted this divine pink faerie la-la-land. As life tends to work, so much has happened, but the only big change that is pertinent to this post is that the littles and I have moved northeast. With moves come a lot of work, a lot of sacrifices, a lot of letting go... It took me years and years to collect our family Christmas ornaments and decorations. I remember feeling so contented with myself for finding a Hammacher Schlemmer fraser tree for a steal, but last Christmas I decided that second best (an artificial tree) was no longer up my faerie alley. So not only have I moved on to a new life and a new romance with cut-that-baby-down-myself real trees, I am also living the simple pleasures of life's treasures. This December I am turning new chapters honoring my creativity and connection with Her, the Natural World, Gaia, Mother. I am living a beautiful simplicity, a homemade Christmas.

If you're wondering why "Fish"... The fish is a universal symbol of abundance. In Lenormand, the Fish indicates the flow of plentiful resources. We are reminded that excess working can lead to neglect of other important areas of life and greed can undermine the virtues of our hard work. May we always remember to balance our lives with time for home, love, and family. May we practice using resources wisely, enjoy things in moderation, and be careful what we wish for. May we remember the true meaning of a Merry Christmas and may yours be joyful and bright.

Infinite Blessings and Pure Love always, in all ways to You and Yours.

Heart Hugs and Light,

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.
